The following information was taken from our local Multiple Listing Service on Dec. 3, 2006 in regards to the sale of vacant land in the 30A area:

Searching sales of “raw” land and vacant lots (in the 30A area only), with a closing date of no earlier than 6 months ago (May 2006), there have been 65 closed sales of “raw” land in the past 6 months and there are 12 pending sales of “raw” land.

Of the 65 lots that have closed, 10% of them were over 1 million and of the 12 pending,  33% are over 1 million.  Are we on the mend?  Let me hear your comments?
