I cannot believe this hasn’t sold………… From the outside, this Beach House looks small and unsuspecting, but once you enter the foyer, you realize that you should never judge a book by its cover or a house by its roof. 51 Park Row Circle in Watercolor was designed for FUN and an eye appealing meal……upon entering, the architect and interior designer started teasing the observer with a Zen feel inside a resort house. The use of round pebbles on the foyer floor is carried into one of the upstairs bathrooms. The colorful tile in other bathrooms has been carefully lined to give you the feeling of peace and harmony. When you arrive at the top of the stairs at the second level, you are faced with a wall of windowed doors opening to nature in all its glory, the Woods, the Lake, the sugar white dunes and then the Gorgeous Emerald Green of the Gulf of Mexico’s water. You might not want to leave this captivating view to venture and explore the rest of this home. If you can take yourself away, you will realize that the volume ceilings climb to meet the small Juliet balconies jutting off of several rooms on the third floor, and the Brazilian Cherry wood floors surround you with warmth like the feel of your daddy’s arms when you were a child. If you dare venture any further, you can climb the stairs one more time and find the master suite perched like the nest of an eagle high in the trees and yet another magnificent view of natures glory from your private balcony facing. All of this is just a few steps to the white sands, and the rushing surf of the beach………..I Can’ Believe This Hasn’t Sold!
